Can I transfer credits to the RBS London undergraduate programmes?

If you have already participated in degree-level education, you may be able to transfer some credits from your previous university towards an undergraduate degree programme at RBS London. This recognition of Advanced Prior Learning (APL) may make it possible for you to begin your studies at a more advanced stage within the programme.

To apply for credit transfer, you are required to provide detailed course descriptions (in English) of any courses that you have completed at your current university. These should be sent with your application form and transcripts.  Alternatively, if you apply online, please email this information to admit@regents.ac.uk quoting your full name.

Please note:

  • Transfer into the final year of the degree programme is not possible.
  • We consider transfer applications on a 'like for like basis'.  This means we can award you credits for courses that we offer and for courses that you have passed at the appropriate academic level.

I am a current Regent's College student - Can I transfer to RBS London?

If you are considering transferring internally from either The European Business School London (EBSL) or Regent’s American College London (RACL) to Regent’s Business School London (RBSL) then please read the following information carefully.

You can pick up an application form from the Admissions department (Herringham Building room 118) or apply online

Along with your application, please provide a personal statement outlining the reasons why you wish to transfer.

As long as you make it clear on your application that you are transferring internally, then we will be able to obtain a copy of your transcript from the appropriate registry.

Where is RBS London ranked?

Regent’s College London is a private college of Higher Education; as such, it is not funded by the British government and its constituent Schools (including Regent’s Business School London) will not be found in ranking tables.

We believe that we compare extremely favourably in many of the key areas on which state institutions are ranked: we offer an extremely supportive education experience that allows each individual to develop their potential, with an emphasis on small class sizes, high levels of contact hours, access to personal tutors, pastoral care and wide-ranging support services (Careers and Business Relations, English language support, foreign language classes, counselling, Alumni networking etc).

Students benefit from our beautiful central London location, learn directly from practitioners and are part of a truly diverse student body from around the world (we currently have more than 130 different nationalities represented on campus, within a total student body of 3,000).

If you have further questions about any of these areas, or have specific concerns, please contact us.

I've been made an offer - What do I do next?

Firstly, congratulations on your offer!  As part of your offer you will have been sent an invoice. This will be either £350 for Home/EU students or £1050 for International students.  This payment secures your place on the programme, subject to any outstanding conditions if applicable.

For International students holding an unconditional offer and requiring a Tier 4 UK student visa, it is important that you pay the £1050 as soon as possible to enable us to sponsor you and issue you with your CAS number.  For further details on visa and immigration please click here.

There is no formal deadline to pay your deposit, however it is advisable for you to contact the UK embassy in your home country to establish the turnaround time in processing your visa application.
