Although not a formal requirement at RBS London, students are encouraged to undertake work experience with a variety of companies to develop a practical understanding of how companies operate. It is also an opportunity to decide in which business sector you finally wish to work. The Careers and Business Relations Department provides support before, during and after its completion.
Overseas students from non-EU countries do not require a work permit to undertake part-time (no more than 20 hours a week during term time)and vacation work. Further clarification can be obtained from the Home Office.
To make optimum use of the resources and advices, making an appointment for a first induction or coming in for a drop-in session.
