Post Study Work Visa

The post study work visa scheme was launched on 30th June 2008 to replace previous graduate employment schemes such as International Graduates Scheme.

The scheme allows students who have graduated in the UK to obtain a 2 year work visa with no requirement to have an employer sponsor.

Students should apply for Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) before their current student visa expires, if they are in the UK. They can also apply from their home country.
