Degree Course Progression
The guidelines to when a student can move onto our undergraduate
degree programmes are as follows:
After Semester One
Any student achieving 6 credits by the end of
their first semester and also achieving a minimum average Total
Module Mark of 60% from these will be offered the "fast track"
route onto the BA (Hons) degree programmes
(i.e. will be exempt from further study at Level 0)
Any student failing up to two modules in the first set of
examinations will be offered the opportunity to retake both modules
in the second semester.
Any student who has failed more than one
module by the end of a semester will be placed on Academic
Probation.
After Semester Two
After two semesters and including any re-sits, students must
achieve a minimum of 10 pass out of the 12 modules studied, in
order to progress to the first year of degree study.
Any student who has not achieved 10 credits by
the end of a third semester of study at Level 0 will be excluded
from the course.

"After doing my first degree in law I found myself at a cross roads, uncertain which way to go and not knowing what to do. Doing my MA at RBS London has now opened up many options. We undertook a really good Skills programme which has helped me understand more about myself and giver me skills which I have used in my job interviews."
