Raymond Pfang

MBA PGCE MCMI MIOD

Raymond has significant senior management experience, ranging from new business start-ups to board level appointments. 

His international management experience includes the Far East, Africa, the EU, and the US.
Raymond also serves as a board Director of an SME, and holds active memberships with the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Directors.

At RBS he is Senior Lecturer in Management Studies and manages the Masters in International Business Administration (MAIBA). He is a member of the College’s Faculty Quality Assurance and Enhancement Committee, and a member of the Faculty Teaching and Learning Committee.

A PhD candidate (with the AACSB-accredited School of Management, University of Surrey), Raymond’s special interests include Quality Assurance in Higher Education, CPD, Executive Education, and various aspects of International and Strategic Management.
