Stuart Kewley

BA (Hons), MSc (QUB), MPhil and PhD (Cambridge), Visiting Lecturer

Dr Stuart Kewley is the managing director of the Eurasia Consortium (www.the-eurasia-consortium.com). The Consortium’s core competencies lie in the area of executive training and educational service provision, as well as providing strategic market access solutions and policy advice. Recently, however, the Eurasia Consortium has added competencies in investment identification, the commercialisation of research, technology transfer and advisory services for capacity building, outsourcing, off-shoring and trade facilitation.

Stuart has been instrumental in developing the strategic orientation of the Consortium and has acted as a partnership co-ordinator on a range of consultancy projects. These have included assisting Chinese firms seeking to list on the AIM market, devising strategy for not-for-profit organisations such as the Japan Managers’ Association in the UK and assisting governmental institutions such as the Tomsk Oblast Regional government to develop a technology transfer strategy. Whilst relatively new to the Chinese market, the Consortium has been working in both Japan and Russia for more than ten years.

Stuart is a Visiting Lecturer at Regents College and the Module Leader for the RBSMAGM Globalisation – MGT7000 module.

"It has been a really exciting year at RBS London and I’ve learned so much during my time here, as well as meeting  some great people along the way.  When I arrived I was rather nervous of all the challenges that a year abroad would bring, but was relieved to find so many people in the  same boat as me - in a new city with strange surroundings."
